For clarification:

Hang holds: Jump up into a pull-up position and hold it for 15 seconds. Your back and arms will be on fire!

Walking Plate Lunges: Hold a 10-25lb plate over your head while you do nice deep walking lunges. Glutes for days!

Split Jumps: Grab a bench. Sit with your legs on either side and jump up so you’re standing on it. Jump back down, touch your butt to the bench, and jump back up again. Not up for jumping that high yet? No worries! Just do step ups instead!

Hand Release Pushups: On the downward phase of your pushup, lay all the way down onto the ground and release your hands from the ground for 1 second. Then push up. Try to keep your body as flat as possible – no cat stretches!
